We offer educational courses focused on managerial and business skills, communication, interpersonal relations and so on. Seminars are designed for all those who come in contact with people on a daily basis – managers, businessmen and support department employees in any segment. Our courses are conducted in an interactive manner while practicing model situations allowing participants to test the methods of desired behaviour in specific situations under professional mentoring of our lectors. The number of participants in one group is 7 -15 depending on the topic. The courses are designed for the duration of two to three days.
Implementation of multi-module schooling is highly effective because individual modules are logically interconnected and due to knowledge synergy our participants are able to put acquired skills to use complexly and with full knowledge of context and related facts. We pay special attention to the implementation of the gained knowledge and skills into everyday work of the course participants, for which we provide the implementation tools.
