How did the co-operation with Persea enrich you?

It taught us to observe the behaviour of the candidates in greater detail and uncover their characteristics (both positive and negative).

What do you imagine when you hear Persea?

When I hear Persea, I imagine even the experienced managers literally sweating when performing their tasks in Assessment Center. Silvia and Katka possess the gift to put candidates into situations which uncompromisingly uncover their skills and allow the observers to see how they think. Clarity and precision, with which they can name the competences of candidates based on only one-day interaction surprises me every time.

What was interesting for you about the co-operation with Persea?

I had a positive experience with Persea’s complementarity of services, namely the educational activities developing weaknesses of an AC candidate. They didn’t only find a manager for our bank, but they also tested her in AC and consequently, during several couching and individual trainings, they helped her to improve the weaknesses identified during AC and successfully manage the adaptation process.

The trust and the guarantee of a successful outcome of co-operation increased. We know each other more; we do not need to explain the demands in detail.

Persea showed us a new dimension and opportunities for  co-operation with personnel agencies.
